Participant Terms & Waiver for 24Solar Mobile App

Community Code of Conduct (Play Fair. Stay Safe. Be Social.)

To preserve a secure, inclusive, and friction-free social ecosystem for all members within the Hong Kong community, all participants and hosts must adhere to these baseline rules:

• The "No-Show" Rule: Court space and sports slots are heavily limited across Hong Kong. If you confirm attendance but cannot make a match or gathering, you must cancel your slot at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated unexcused no-shows may result in profile suspension or termination at the Company's discretion.
• Venue and Host Directives: You must respect independent event hosts and all public/private venue mandates. This includes adhering to specific Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) center codes (e.g., strictly wearing non-marking athletic footwear on indoor parquet surfaces) and commercial facility rules.
• Alcohol Controls & Behavior: Intoxicated, aggressive, or hostile actions at any platform gathering will result in an immediate permanent account ban. No participant may purchase for, provide to, or enable the consumption of liquor by individuals under 18 years of age during any platform activity. Respect boundaries: harassment or unwanted advances will trigger a permanent ban.
• Sportsmanship: Play matches to the level advertised. If a game is explicitly categorized as a "Beginner Match", advanced players must adjust their intensity accordingly to preserve collective safety.
• Weather Advisory & Venue Discretion: Weather conditions in Hong Kong can change rapidly. Any weather forecast metrics or icons displayed within the app UI are for informational reference only. The issuance of a Thunderstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above), Red Rainstorm, or Black Rainstorm Warning serves as a safety advisory. Real-world cancellations and safety decisions are determined by the independent Host, individual Participants, and the Venue Provider (who may enforce mandatory closures under specific warnings). The Company does not control real-world venue operations and carries zero liability for any decisions made by users to proceed with, travel to, or attend an event during adverse weather. Users are advised to prioritize personal safety and verify venue statuses independently.
• Fair Costs: If a social event involves splitting a bill or facility hire cost, be prepared to pay your share promptly off-platform. Hosts should never charge hidden extra fees that were not listed explicitly in the app interface.

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

This legal waiver applies directly to any sports match, workout group, or social gathering joined via the 24Solar App. By clicking "Join" or confirming participation, you accept these waiver clauses:

1. Assumption of Risk: You recognize that casual sports games and real-world meetups involve inherent physical hazards (including muscle tears, fractures, heat exhaustion, and unpredictable environmental variables). You voluntarily choose to participate and assume all physical risks.
2. Health Warranty: You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of safely participating in any Event and for obtaining any medical advice you deem appropriate. You assume responsibility for tracking your own physical and cardiovascular limits. If the event involves food or social gatherings, you are responsible for managing and communicating any personal dietary allergies directly to the Host or Venue.
3. Assumption of Game Risks & Release of Company Liability: You acknowledge that casual sports matches and real-world social gatherings involve inherent physical hazards (including, but not limited to, muscle strains, fractures, impacts, and cardiorespiratory stress). By joining an activity, you confirm that you voluntarily assume standard operational risks inherent to that sport or gathering, and you agree that you cannot hold independent Event Hosts or other platform participants civilly liable for ordinary accidental injuries resulting naturally from such gameplay.
   
   Separately, to the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong law, you release, waive, and discharge Eaglesoft (Hong Kong) Limited, its operational staff, and corporate executives from legal liability, lawsuits, or claims regarding bodily injuries, permanent physical disability, death, or personal property theft occurring at an event location. Any financial defaults, cost-splitting friction, or operational mismanagement by the independent Host remain a private matter between you and that Host, removing the Company from liability or transactional disputes.
4. Statutory Bounds (Cap. 71): In accordance with the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), this waiver does not exclude or limit corporate liability for death or injury arising from negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable Hong Kong law, or for fraudulent behavior. You acknowledge that the app operates as a digital introduction utility and carries zero liability for real-world interactions occurring at independent venues.
5. Emergency Medical Treatment: You authorize the Event Host (but do not obligate them) to seek emergency medical treatment or coordinate transportation for you if you are incapacitated or unable to do so yourself. You agree to be responsible for civil costs, financial duties, or fees associated with such emergency medical treatment, ambulance logistics, or hospital transportation.
